Contact to Customer Conversion Rate
Contact to Customer Conversion Rate is the percentage of contacts in your database who become paying customers within a set period. Contacts are people who already have a relationship with your business, such as past customers, existing customers, or qualified leads. The metric shows how well your sales process turns that relationship into revenue. Use it to decide where to put follow-up effort, whether to invest in re-engagement, and how well your nurturing works.
Contacts
Contacts are individual people that your business has an identified, ongoing relationship with, typically stored in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and often associated with an account or company. In CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, Contacts usually represent people who have been qualified beyond an initial expression of interest and may be associated with opportunities, customers, or former customers. Depending on your CRM configuration, Leads may exist separately or be converted into Contacts once qualification criteria are met.
Contacts by Source
Contacts are people that a business has a relationship with, often held by an account. Leads are usually not counted as Contacts. Contacts by Source counts the number of Contacts, segmented by source.
Inventory Quantity
Inventory Quantity is the currently available stock for each product variant a retail location or e-commerce store has available. Keeping track of inventory quantity is important to ensure that there are enough goods in stock to meet customer demand. Businesses should identify the optimal stock level for each product variant and adjust accordingly. If inventory levels are too low, customers may not be able to purchase a desired item or find an alternative solution elsewhere. On the other hand, if levels are too high, it can lead to an overstocking of products and wasted resources.
Number of Demos
Number of Demos is the count of total demonstrations of a product a company has given to prospective customers.
Open Opportunities (Revenue)
Open Opportunities (Revenue) is the total revenue value of all active sales deals currently in your pipeline. Also called "pipeline," sales teams track this metric to monitor deal progress, assess pipeline health, and forecast future closed revenue. It reflects the maximum potential revenue available if every active opportunity were won.
Open Opportunities (Weighted Revenue)
Open Opportunities (Weighted Revenue) is the expected revenue from active deals multiplied by the probability each deal will close. It gives sales teams a realistic view of pipeline value by weighting each opportunity according to its estimated close probability, producing a more accurate revenue forecast than raw pipeline totals alone.
Opportunities
Opportunities is a count of qualified leads that have met a defined threshold of interest, fit, and intent, representing active potential revenue in the sales pipeline with a realistic chance of closing.
Opportunities by Source
An Opportunity is a Lead that has passed certain qualification criteria and represents a higher probability of closing. Opportunity by Source counts the number of Opportunities segmented by source.
Opportunity Win Rate
Opportunity Win Rate measures your sales team's effectiveness at converting qualified opportunities into closed-won deals. It's calculated by dividing the total number of won opportunities by the total number of opportunities that reached a final decision (won plus lost), expressed as a percentage. This metric reveals how competitive and skilled your sales organisation is at the moment of truth—when prospects are making buying decisions.
Return Rate
Return Rate measures the share of units sold that customers send back and your team accepts within the policy window. It focuses on item counts, not dollars. Use it to surface fit issues, fragile packaging, misleading product details, and fulfilment mistakes that drive avoidable returns. Track it by SKU, variant, size, and channel to see where problems cluster.
Won Opportunities
Won Opportunities is the count of sales opportunities that are “Closed Won”. It is a measure of success of the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. "Closed Won" is the stage at which a quote or proposal has been signed or electronically accepted and is now considered fulfillable. Counter to Won Customers, Won Opportunities apply to both new and existing customers.
