Ticket Resolution Rate

Ticket Resolution Rate is the percentage of support tickets resolved out of the total number received in a given period. It measures how effectively a customer service team closes incoming tickets, reflecting both staffing capacity and agent efficiency. A rate below 100% means tickets are accumulating; a rate above 100% means the team is working through backlog in addition to new volume.

Tickets Solved

Tickets Solved is the count of support tickets that a customer support agent has marked as solved within a given period. Teams commonly set a daily Tickets Solved target per agent and monitor performance as a percentage of that goal. A solved ticket can be reopened if a customer needs further assistance; tickets that remain solved for a set period convert to closed, which cannot be reopened. Resolution rates vary based on agent experience, escalation level, the product or service being supported, and query complexity.

Time to Value

Time to Value (TTV) measures the elapsed time from when a user selects a product to the moment they first realize tangible benefit from it. Value is typically defined as completing setup and achieving a meaningful first outcome, not just finishing onboarding.

Total Addressable Market

Total Addressable Market (TAM) is a measure of the maximum revenue opportunity available if a product or service captured 100% of its target market.

Total Funding

Total Funding is the cumulative amount of external capital a company has raised across all financing rounds, from seed through late-stage investment.

Transaction Recency

Transaction Recency is the average number of days since a customer's last purchase, measured across all repeat buyers. It indicates how quickly customers return to make additional purchases and is most useful for businesses where repeat transactions are expected, such as e-commerce, retail, and usage-based software.

Trial Conversion Rate

Trial Conversion Rate measures the percentage of users that have converted to a paid account from a trial period. Commonly referred to as Free Trial to Paid Conversion Rate, this metric indicates product value by measuring the number of users that find enough value in the product to pay for it. Trial Conversion Rates vary based on the type of trial you use. In SaaS, the standard practice is to either have a freemium product or a free trial period that usually spans a couple weeks.

Trials

Trials is a count of the number of trial accounts started during a given period of time. The metric helps businesses gauge product interest, forecast conversions, and evaluate the effectiveness of their free trial model.

True Trials

A True Trial is a trial user who returns to the product at least once within the first 7 days of signing up. True Trials measures early engagement quality for software companies that offer free trials, isolating users who give the product a genuine evaluation from those who sign up and never return. Tracking True Trials lets teams assess lead quality and conversion potential weeks before final conversion data is available.

Unique Inline Link Clicks

Unique Inline Link Clicks is the count of the number of users who clicked links posted in the contents of your ad.

Users

Users represents the count of unique individuals who have visited your website during a specified time period, encompassing both new and returning visitors. In Google Analytics 4 (GA4), this metric is tracked through client IDs that are automatically assigned to each unique visitor upon their first visit to your site. This identifier allows the platform to distinguish between different individuals and prevents double-counting when the same person visits multiple times within the measurement period.

Video Click-Through Rate

Video Click-Through Rate (CTR) is the percentage of video impressions that result in a click to play. It measures how effectively your thumbnail, title, and presentation convert impressions into viewer engagement.
