Video Impressions
Video Impressions is the total number of times your video appears in search results, social media feeds, websites, or other digital channels, whether or not it is watched.
Video Likes
Video Likes is a count of the likes a video has received on a social media platform, used to measure audience appreciation and engagement. Marketers track this metric to evaluate content quality, compare video performance across campaigns, and understand which formats drive the strongest audience response.
Video Starts
Video Starts is the count of how many times a video begins playing, recorded the moment playback initiates. It measures reach and initial audience interest, and is used as a base figure in rate metrics such as Average View Rate and Average View Time.
Video View Through Rate
Video View Through Rate is the ratio of video views to video impressions, expressed as a percentage. It measures how often people choose to watch a video after seeing it. Because the definition of a "video view" varies by platform, VTR baselines and benchmarks should always be compared within a single platform, not across platforms.
Video Views
Video Views is a count of the number of times a video is watched or started. Because each platform defines a "view" differently, raw counts are only meaningful in context.
Video Watch Time
Video Watch Time is the total time viewers have spent watching a video or a collection of videos, measured in seconds, minutes, or hours. This metric helps you understand whether your content is holding attention or losing viewers early. High watch time signals that people find the content valuable enough to keep watching, and platforms like YouTube use it as a core ranking signal that directly affects content distribution.
Viral Coefficient
Viral coefficient is the number of new users or customers the average existing customer generates through referrals or sharing. A viral coefficient above 1 means each customer brings in more than one additional customer, compounding growth over time. It is used to measure organic growth momentum and to predict future customer acquisition velocity.
Website Bounce Rate
Website Bounce Rate measures the percentage of sessions where a visitor views only one page and leaves without further interaction. A single-page session ends when a user closes the browser, clicks an outbound link, hits the back button, or lets the session time out. Bounce rate signals content relevance, page experience quality, and traffic-to-intent match.
Website Clicks
Website Clicks counts the number of times people clicked on the link to your website on your social media profile page. Most social media platforms allow businesses to link to at least one website on the profile page.
Weekly Active Accounts
Weekly Active Accounts measures the number of unique accounts with at least one user who has interacted with an application or platform in a week. An active account may include one or more users, who may each have varying degrees of activity.
Weekly Active Users
Weekly Active Users (WAU) is the count of unique users who interact with an application or platform at least once in a given week. WAU tracks weekly engagement and includes both new and returning users.
Weighted ACV
Weighted Annual Contract Value (WACV) calculates the average contract dollar value with a weighted average proportional to the value of the contract. Essentially, higher value contracts are assigned more importance when calculating the total average contract value of a business. This approach is helpful to companies that have widely varying customer concentration by accurately calculating an ACV that is not skewed by contracts with low dollar value.
