Post Impressions

Post Impressions is the total number of times a post appeared in user timelines or feeds. It measures visibility only — it does not confirm that anyone read, clicked, or engaged with the content. Post Impressions is a total count, not a unique count, so the same user seeing a post multiple times generates multiple impressions. It is important to distinguish Post Impressions from Post Reach, which counts unique users only.

Post Reach

Post Reach is the count of unique people who saw your post at least once across a given time period. Unlike impressions, which tally every view including repeats, Post Reach measures how many distinct individuals your content actually reached. Marketers use it to evaluate content distribution, track audience exposure, and assess whether organic or paid amplification is expanding reach to new people.

Post Reactions

Post Reactions counts the number of reactions a social media post has received. A reaction is a one-click emotional response that goes beyond a simple like, capturing sentiments such as love, laughter, anger, and sadness. Businesses use Post Reactions to gauge audience sentiment and content performance.

Post Shares

Post Shares is the total number of times a post was shared across social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. A share extends a post's visibility beyond its original audience. It is an active engagement metric used to gauge how strongly content resonates with an audience.

Price-to-Earnings Ratio

The Price-to-Earnings Ratio is a company valuation metric that compares a stock's current share price to its earnings per share, showing how much investors pay for each dollar of earnings.

Product Qualified Leads

Product Qualified Leads (PQL) measures the quality of potential customers by classifying them according to their actions and usage within the product platform. Certain actions in the scope of the product that indicate high intention to purchase are weighted higher and used to classify leads as PQLs.

Profile Views

Profile Views counts the total number of views a social media profile has received from unique accounts over a specific period of time. Each visit from a unique account adds to the count, even if the same account views the profile multiple times.

Propensity to Renew

Propensity to Renew is a measure of the likelihood a customer will renew their contract instead of terminating their engagement with a company, most often captured through a customer survey. It signals revenue risk and potential logo churn.

Purchases

Purchases is the total amount spent on goods bought from suppliers for the purpose of reselling at a profit. It records procurement spend at the time of purchase, before inventory adjustments or labour costs are applied.

R&D Productivity

R&D Productivity is a performance measure of how much new revenue is associated with dollars invested into R&D within a technology company.

Reactivation MRR

Reactivation MRR is the total recurring revenue generated from customers who previously cancelled and have resumed a subscription in the current tracking period. It measures the revenue impact of win-back efforts and helps distinguish returning-customer growth from new customer acquisition.

Refunded Charges

Refunded Charges is the total value of payments returned to customers within a defined period. It measures how much revenue you are reversing and helps identify product, service, or fulfilment issues driving refund volume.
