Page Check-Ins
Facebook users use Page Check-Ins to announce when and how they interact with a business which can include visiting the premises, using a product, or attending a promotional event. This action is then displayed to other Facebook users in the attendee’s network, effectively creating increased brand awareness.
Page Engagement
Page Engagement is the count of interactions users have with your social media page and its posts. For example, likes, comments, and re-tweets will add to your Page Engagement count.
Page Impressions
Page Impressions counts the total number of times a piece of content is displayed on a screen. One person loading the same page or post three times generates three impressions. You use it to gauge visibility and frequency, not unique reach or engagement. Impressions appear across web analytics, advertising platforms, and social networks, each with slightly different rules for what counts as a display.
Page Likes
Page Likes counts the number of unique users who have liked your business page on a social platform, most commonly Facebook. On Facebook, a like also acts as a follow, meaning those users receive your content updates in their feed. This metric reflects your page's reach potential and is a baseline indicator of your brand's social presence.
Page Reach
Page Reach is the number of unique users who have seen posts or any other content from your social media page at least once. Unlike impressions, it counts each user only once, making it a measure of true audience exposure rather than total views.
Page Unique Views
Page Unique Views is the count of individual users who loaded a specific page at least once within a session, filtering out repeat visits from the same person during that session.
Page Unlikes
Page Unlikes is a count of the number of people who have unliked your page.
Page Views
Page views are the total count of times a page loads or reloads in a user's browser, including repeat visits by the same user.
Pages Per Session
Pages per Session is the average number of pages a user views during a single website visit, calculated by dividing total page views by total sessions. It indicates how well a site holds visitor attention and encourages exploration beyond the initial landing page.
Payment Acceptance
Payment acceptance is the percentage of attempted payments that are successfully authorised and accepted. In credit-card terminology, this is often called the authorization rate. Failed payments — whether declines by the card issuer, routing issues, or declines due to fraud filters — are a major source of lost revenue in online commerce because acceptance rates for card-not-present (online) payments are generally lower than for in-person transactions.
Payment Dispute Rate
Payment Dispute Rate is the percentage of total successful payments that result in a dispute within the same period. Disputed payments, also called chargebacks, are initiated by the cardholder's bank and typically carry a processing fee for the merchant.
Payment Refund Rate
Payment Refund Rate is the percentage of successful payments that are refunded within a given time period. While refunds and chargebacks both result in money being returned to the customer, they are fundamentally different: refunds are voluntary and merchant-initiated, whereas chargebacks are involuntary, initiated by the customer’s bank, and typically incur additional fees and risk penalties.
