Visitor to Lead Conversion Rate

The Visitor to Lead Conversion Rate is the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action and become leads by providing their contact information. This is one of the most critical top-of-funnel conversion metrics, measuring your website's effectiveness at capturing prospect information and your ability to attract qualified traffic that's genuinely interested in your offering.

Website Bounce Rate

Website Bounce Rate measures the percentage of sessions where a visitor views only one page and leaves without further interaction. A single-page session ends when a user closes the browser, clicks an outbound link, hits the back button, or lets the session time out. Bounce rate signals content relevance, page experience quality, and traffic-to-intent match.

Website Bounces

Website Bounces is the count of sessions in which a visitor lands on a page and leaves without triggering any further interaction. Website Bounces are most often expressed as Bounce Rate: the number of single-page sessions divided by total sessions for that page, multiplied by 100.

Website Clicks

Website Clicks counts the number of times people clicked on the link to your website on your social media profile page. Most social media platforms allow businesses to link to at least one website on the profile page.

Website Event Value

Website Event Value is a metric that assigns a numeric score to user interactions on a website to measure their relative worth to the business. Marketing teams use it to compare interactions, prioritize high-value behaviours, and connect website activity to business outcomes.

Website Events

Website Events are specific interactions or behaviours on a website tracked independently of a basic page load, such as a file download, form submission, or video play. Analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 record each defined action as a discrete count, separate from pageviews.

Website New Users

New Users represents the count of unique individuals visiting your website for the first time during a specified measurement period. Google Analytics identifies new users through client IDs—unique identifiers automatically assigned when someone first visits your site. This identification system relies primarily on browser cookies, though GA4 has enhanced this with additional signals including Google account information (when available) and device fingerprinting to improve accuracy across sessions and devices. A user is classified as "new" until Google Analytics can match them to a previous visit through these persistent identifiers.

Website Visits

Website Visits, also referred to as sessions, track the number of times users interact with your website during distinct periods of engagement. Each visit, or session, represents a continuous interaction that begins when a user arrives and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or when they leave the site.

Weekly Active Accounts

Weekly Active Accounts measures the number of unique accounts with at least one user who has interacted with an application or platform in a week. An active account may include one or more users, who may each have varying degrees of activity.

Weekly Active Users

Weekly Active Users (WAU) is the count of unique users who interact with an application or platform at least once in a given week. WAU tracks weekly engagement and includes both new and returning users.

Weighted ACV

Weighted Annual Contract Value (WACV) calculates the average contract dollar value with a weighted average proportional to the value of the contract. Essentially, higher value contracts are assigned more importance when calculating the total average contract value of a business. This approach is helpful to companies that have widely varying customer concentration by accurately calculating an ACV that is not skewed by contracts with low dollar value.

Win Rate

Lead to Win Rate is the percentage of leads who entered the sales funnel and converted to Closed Won customers. It measures full-funnel conversion from first contact to closed deal and reflects the combined performance of marketing, sales, and product teams. It is one of the most direct indicators of sales effectiveness, product-market fit, and pricing alignment.
