Website Visits
Website Visits, also referred to as sessions, track the number of times users interact with your website during distinct periods of engagement. Each visit, or session, represents a continuous interaction that begins when a user arrives and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or when they leave the site.
Win Rate
Lead to Win Rate is the percentage of leads who entered the sales funnel and converted to Closed Won customers. It measures full-funnel conversion from first contact to closed deal and reflects the combined performance of marketing, sales, and product teams. It is one of the most direct indicators of sales effectiveness, product-market fit, and pricing alignment.
Won Customers
Won Customers is the count of new accounts marked Closed Won in your sales pipeline. It measures how effectively Sales, Marketing, and Product teams convert prospects into paying customers. Unlike Won Opportunities, each account is counted only once, making it a clean measure of net new customer growth.
Won Opportunities
Won Opportunities is the count of sales opportunities that are “Closed Won”. It is a measure of success of the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. "Closed Won" is the stage at which a quote or proposal has been signed or electronically accepted and is now considered fulfillable. Counter to Won Customers, Won Opportunities apply to both new and existing customers.
