Cart Abandonment Rate
Cart Abandonment Rate is the percentage of shopping sessions in which a visitor adds at least one item to a cart but leaves without completing a purchase. It quantifies mid-funnel friction and helps you pinpoint checkout blockers, pricing or shipping concerns, and gaps in product detail clarity. Track it over time and by segment to understand where intent stalls and which fixes move the needle.
Cash and Cash Equivalents
Cash and Cash Equivalents (CCE) is the total value of a company's cash on hand plus short-term liquid assets convertible to cash within three months. CCE appears as the first line item on a company's balance sheet and is a primary indicator of liquidity. A strong CCE balance signals the ability to meet operating obligations, service short-term debt, and fund growth without external financing.
Cash Conversion Cycle
The Cash Conversion Cycle, also knows as Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time, is the time between when a business pays its suppliers and when the business receives payment from its customers, usually expressed in days. Keeping active tabs on your Cash Conversion Cycle will aid you in monitoring your finances as cash flows in and out of your business.
Cash Conversion Score
Cash Conversion Score is used by investors to measure the return on invested capital for startups. It is calculated by dividing current ARR by the difference between total raised capital and cash on hand. Essentially, this metric gives the return on each dollar invested in a company.
Charges
Charges represent the total amount of customer payments processed through your payment gateway, net of refunds, disputes, and reversals. Depending on the payment platform, Charges may be reported before or after processing fees; in analytics and finance contexts, this metric is often aligned with net charges collected rather than gross payment volume. Charges reflect the actual value of customer payments successfully processed and retained through a payment system.
Charges Count
Changes Count measures the total number of Charges you have made to your customers. Use this metric to have an overall view of how many payments you have accepted from your customers for the products or services you sold.
Click To Open Rate
Click To Open Rate (CTOR) is the percentage of unique clicks and unique opens for your email campaign. It is an effective measure of how compelling your content is relative to the quality of your target list. In other words, ensuring you have emailed the right audience and have presented them with a compelling call to action will increase your CTOR.
Click-Through Rate
Click-Through Rate (CTR) is the percentage of people who click a link after seeing it. CTR applies across paid search, display advertising, email campaigns, and organic search results. It is one of the most widely used indicators of whether your messaging is resonating with your audience.
Contact to Customer Conversion Rate
Contact to Customer Conversion Rate is the percentage of contacts that have converted to sales. Contacts can be past or existing customers, or qualified leads. This is an important metric to track in the sales funnel because it quantifies how efficiently the sales process secures and grows existing customer relationships.
Contacts
Contacts are individual people that your business has an identified, ongoing relationship with, typically stored in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and often associated with an account or company. In CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, Contacts usually represent people who have been qualified beyond an initial expression of interest and may be associated with opportunities, customers, or former customers. Depending on your CRM configuration, Leads may exist separately or be converted into Contacts once qualification criteria are met.
Contacts by Source
Contacts are people that a business has a relationship with, often held by an account. Leads are usually not counted as Contacts. Contacts by Source counts the number of Contacts, segmented by source.
Content Engagement
For content and social media marketers, Content Engagement may be one of the most important ways to know what is working and how to improve your craft. Content Engagement measures all engagements resulting from content generated in a social media account including shares, reactions (e.g., likes), comments, and re-tweets. These metrics are considered the most important when looking at the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and overall strategy
