Spend to Maximize Impression Share

Spend to Maximize Impression Share describes the investment level or budget an ad campaign needs to maximize Search Impression Share with its current targeting settings. It is based on the idea that an ad campaign’s spend or budget controls the frequency with which an ad is displayed.

Staff-to-Patient Ratio

The Staff-to-Patient Ratio is a key metric in healthcare that measures the number of healthcare professionals available to care for a given number of patients within a specific unit or facility. It is a critical indicator of care quality and patient safety. By quantifying the level of human resources available, this metric helps organizations understand the workload on their staff and the potential impact on patient outcomes. This ratio can be applied broadly to all staff or to specific roles, such as nurses, physicians, or therapists. It provides a foundational data point for resource planning, budgeting, and compliance, enabling business leaders and administrators to make informed decisions that balance operational efficiency with the well-being of both patients and staff.

Stockout Rate

Stockout rate is the percentage of times a product is unavailable when a customer or production process needs it. A high stockout rate signals gaps in inventory planning, leading to lost sales, customer attrition, and — in manufacturing — costly production delays. Tracking this metric helps businesses understand how reliably their inventory meets demand.

Subscriber Growth Rate

Subscriber Growth Rate is the percentage change in an application's subscriber base from one period to the next. It signals whether a product is gaining or losing traction. The time period can be a week, a month, a quarter, or a year.

Subscribers

Subscribers counts the number of paid or non-paid users with active, periodic access to a product or service. The metric applies to subscription-based business models including SaaS, media, telecommunications, and entertainment, and captures total access holders at a point in time regardless of payment status.

Subscribers by Source

A Subscriber is a user who has signed up for periodic access to a product or service. Subscribers can be paid, non-paid, active, or dormant. Subscribers by Source counts the number of Subscribers, segmented by source.

Subscribers Gained

The Subscribers Gained metric measures the number of new subscribers added to a YouTube channel and helps track your channel's growth over time.

Text Message Clicks

Text Message Clicks counts the number of times people have clicked on the option to send a text message to the number linked in your social media profile page. This option is available as a contact method for businesses on social media platforms such as Instagram.

The Rule of 40

The Rule of 40 is a SaaS financial metric that balances revenue growth versus profit margins. It’s a rule of thumb to quickly determine the health and/or attractiveness of your SaaS company.

Ticket Reopen Rate

Ticket Reopen Rate (RR) is the percentage of resolved support tickets that customers reopen, signalling the issue was not fully resolved. Tracking this metric gives support teams a direct measure of resolution quality. A rising reopen rate can point to gaps in agent training, product knowledge, or escalation processes. Left unaddressed, it erodes customer trust and increases support volume.

Ticket Reopens

Ticket Reopens is a count of how many times closed support tickets are reopened after a customer responds with an unresolved issue. When a customer replies to a ticket marked as solved, the ticket automatically reopens and receives an open status. Each reopen increments the count by one. A high Ticket Reopens count signals that resolutions aren't sticking — either because agents are closing tickets prematurely or because the underlying issue isn't being fully addressed.

Ticket Resolution Rate

Ticket Resolution Rate is the percentage of support tickets resolved out of the total number received in a given period. It measures how effectively a customer service team closes incoming tickets, reflecting both staffing capacity and agent efficiency. A rate below 100% means tickets are accumulating; a rate above 100% means the team is working through backlog in addition to new volume.
