Page Reach
Page Reach is the number of unique users who have seen posts or any other content from your social media page at least once. Unlike impressions, it counts each user only once, making it a measure of true audience exposure rather than total views.
Page Unlikes
Page Unlikes is a count of the number of people who have unliked your page.
Photo Comments
A photo comment is a primarily text-based form of engagement on a social media platform where users respond to photos via the comment feature on photos. The number of comments on a photo indicates the level of engagement users have with that photo.
Photo Likes
Photo Likes is the number of likes a photo post receives on a social media platform. It shows how many people reacted to a single image or a group of images. This metric is no longer widely used as a primary measure of social performance; consider Engagement Rate or Reach-based measures instead. A like takes one tap, so it says little about whether a photo changed what someone thought, did, or bought. It still works as a quick, directional check on which images your audience responds to.
Post Clicks
Post Clicks is the total number of times a post was clicked. This includes photo views, video plays, profile clicks, and content expansions, but excludes comments, likes, and shares.
Post Comments
Post Comments is the count of written responses people leave on your social media posts. It measures how many people cared enough to reply, and it shows what they think in their own words. A comment takes more effort than a like, so it is a stronger signal of interest, agreement, confusion, or frustration. Teams use it to learn which topics and formats start conversation, which posts need a faster reply, and whether a campaign is landing as intended.
Post Engagement Rate
Post Engagement Rate is the ratio of interactions with a social media post to the total number of followers the page or profile has. This metric shows how involved followers are with the content posted on a social media page. Generally, higher Post Engagement Rate shows higher levels of follower involvement.
Post Impressions
Post Impressions is the total number of times a post appeared in user timelines or feeds. It measures visibility only — it does not confirm that anyone read, clicked, or engaged with the content. Post Impressions is a total count, not a unique count, so the same user seeing a post multiple times generates multiple impressions. It is important to distinguish Post Impressions from Post Reach, which counts unique users only.
Post Likes
Post Likes is a measure of the popularity of social media content on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. The total number of Likes on your post can be an indicator of impression numbers and engagement.
Post Reach
Post Reach is the count of unique people who saw your post at least once across a given time period. Unlike impressions, which tally every view including repeats, Post Reach measures how many distinct individuals your content actually reached. Marketers use it to evaluate content distribution, track audience exposure, and assess whether organic or paid amplification is expanding reach to new people.
Post Shares
Post Shares is the total number of times a post was shared across social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. A share extends a post's visibility beyond its original audience. It is an active engagement metric used to gauge how strongly content resonates with an audience.
Profile Views
Profile Views counts the total number of views a social media profile has received from unique accounts over a specific period of time. Each visit from a unique account adds to the count, even if the same account views the profile multiple times.
