Average Time on Page

Average Time on Page is a web analytics metric that measures the average time all users spend on a single page, excluding exit pages and bounces. Exit pages are the last pages in a session; bounces are single-page sessions. Because the metric excludes these, it reflects only engaged, multi-page visits.

Blended CAC Ratio

Blended CAC Ratio is the total sales and marketing spend required to acquire both new and expansion annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the same period. Unlike narrower CAC measures that focus only on new customer acquisition, Blended CAC Ratio accounts for all sales and marketing costs tied to both new customers and expansion revenue from existing ones. Campaign Engagement Rate is the sum of total engagements with an ad campaign divided by the total number of impressions the campaign generates. It expresses, as a percentage, how many people who saw your ad actually interacted with it.

Campaign Unique Clicks is a count of the number of people who clicked on your digital advertisements within a campaign at least once. A campaign is a grouping of ads organized by business objective.

Click To Open Rate

Click To Open Rate (CTOR) is the percentage of unique clicks and unique opens for your email campaign. It is an effective measure of how compelling your content is relative to the quality of your target list. In other words, ensuring you have emailed the right audience and have presented them with a compelling call to action will increase your CTOR.
