Open Opportunities (Weighted Revenue)

Open Opportunities (Weighted Revenue) is the expected revenue from active deals multiplied by the probability each deal will close. It gives sales teams a realistic view of pipeline value by weighting each opportunity according to its estimated close probability, producing a more accurate revenue forecast than raw pipeline totals alone.

Operating Expenses

Operating expenses (OPEX) are the costs a business incurs through normal operations that are not directly tied to producing goods or services. Per QuickBooks, OPEX represents the Expenses section on the Profit & Loss statement, excluding cost of goods sold (COGS) and other expenses. Common examples include sales and marketing costs, administrative salaries, and research and development expenditures.

Operating Margin

Operating margin is the percentage of revenue remaining after subtracting all operating expenses, showing how efficiently a business converts sales into profit.

Opportunities

Opportunities is a count of qualified leads that have met a defined threshold of interest, fit, and intent, representing active potential revenue in the sales pipeline with a realistic chance of closing.

Opportunities by Source

An Opportunity is a Lead that has passed certain qualification criteria and represents a higher probability of closing. Opportunity by Source counts the number of Opportunities segmented by source.

Opportunity Win Rate

Opportunity Win Rate measures your sales team's effectiveness at converting qualified opportunities into closed-won deals. It's calculated by dividing the total number of won opportunities by the total number of opportunities that reached a final decision (won plus lost), expressed as a percentage. This metric reveals how competitive and skilled your sales organisation is at the moment of truth—when prospects are making buying decisions.

Organic Searches

Organic Search is the measure of visits to a website that come from naturally generated search engine results. These results are not influenced by any paid search activity and are driven purely by Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts.

Out of Cash Date

Out of Cash Date is the projected point in time when a company's cash reserves will reach zero, calculated by dividing current cash by monthly net burn rate. Expressed as months of runway remaining, it is a critical planning metric for CEOs and CFOs managing companies that are not yet cash flow positive.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measures the percentage of planned production time that is truly productive, combining equipment availability, performance, and quality into a single score.

Page Check-Ins

Facebook users use Page Check-Ins to announce when and how they interact with a business which can include visiting the premises, using a product, or attending a promotional event. This action is then displayed to other Facebook users in the attendee’s network, effectively creating increased brand awareness.

Page Engagement

Page Engagement is the count of interactions users have with your social media page and its posts. For example, likes, comments, and re-tweets will add to your Page Engagement count.

Page Impressions

Page Impressions counts the total number of times a piece of content is displayed on a screen. One person loading the same page or post three times generates three impressions. You use it to gauge visibility and frequency, not unique reach or engagement. Impressions appear across web analytics, advertising platforms, and social networks, each with slightly different rules for what counts as a display.
